Ella Carlton carried the bandage tray toward room 307. She had to change the bandages on a patient who'd been admitted the night before for attempted suicide. Normally Ella would leave this up to a nurse, but she wanted to spend as much time with this patient as she could. She had to figure out why a man who was the talk of the town, would want to end his own life. "Mr. Parker?" she called gently, knocking on the cracked open door.
