Dr. Samantha Delessio was used to being up on the oncology floor most nights, but tonight the Emergency Department was understaffed and they needed and extra hand or two. Dr. Delessio sat down in the Triage room and waited for the next patient to come in.

Having a four year old daughter at home, Dr. Delessio was used to the attitude. "I'm not gonna go away y'know, you can yell all you want, I still gotta do my job.

Carter didn't have to look to know he was proably getting looks of pity and that was the one thing he hated worse than the hospital was the looks of pity everyone gave him.
